When you take your last breath, will you look back and smile deeply?

Or will you look back and wish you had lived differently?

If that moment were your very next breath instead of your last, would your answer change?

In Chasm, I share my improbable life journey from tormented child, tragedy, and inmate in one of the world’s toughest prisons to my transcendence into wholeness. I weave my deepest struggles, dead ends, achievements, and messy transformation into a path of being more peaceful and aligned than I ever imagined. I hope you find yourself inspired to cross your own chasm and become more fully alive.

Is there really anything more important?

Chasm (noun): a profound difference between two situations.

What People are Saying

I’m struck by the irony that finding himself started while he was incarcerated with no freedom. Then, when given freedom to do and pursue everything, he lost himself. He really shares how to cut through the “fancy stuff” and grab life by the balls, to really and truly live it.

Bob takes you on an amazing journey in his book Chasm. He has courage, tenacity, grit, and brains. Buckle up and get ready for one hell of a ride.
— Stew Berman, life coach
Goulet shares his story with unequivocal honesty and vulnerability, shining light into the darkest recesses of the human psyche and those innermost thoughts we all have telling us we are not good enough. In doing this, Goulet gives us permission to do the same—to be honest with ourselves so that we may discover, examine, and then move beyond what’s keeping us from being truly happy.
— Amy K. Fellows, life coach

Who am I?

I’m an entrepreneur, creative scientist, and passionate student of life. I’m the inventor on more than two dozen patents globally and a two-time Inc. 500 award winner. I’ve passionately embraced a journey that’s taken me from Florida State Prison and a dark night of the soul to creating a deeply fulfilling life.

I’ve learned from many of the world’s greatest philosophers and respected spiritual teachers. After fully embracing that I just wasn’t working, I went on a quest to cross life’s ultimate chasm and tackle the meaning of my life and wholeness. I’m grateful that my life’s become richer than I ever imagined. I’ve integrated all this into my being, while staying grounded in the material world of running a company, paying the bills, and raising my awesome son, Collin.
